Private Assets: Closing of the acquisition of the Embrace® product from PA Consulting AB

We are very pleased to announce that on February 24, 2025, we successfully completed the acquisition of the embrace^® product from PA Consulting AB Sweden.

“The acquisition of these assets into our portfolio strengthens the market presence of MedCare Visions^® in the global neonatal transport market and underscores our sustainable ambition for safe and gentle infant transport by road and air,” explains CEO Eberhard Schneider at the signing of the contract. The product will continue to be manufactured together with our regional Swedish partners.
